The objective of the European Social Fund Technical Assistance Programme (ESFTA) is to support the efficient and compliant management and implementation of the European Social Fund Programme (ESFP), as well as support robust governance, accountability and partnership engagement within the programme.

This ensures that ESFTA performance targets are achievable and that the delivery of European Social Fund Programmes complies with applicable law.
