Economic Impact of Business Tourism and Major Events
In a ground-breaking piece of research, we commissioned KPMG LLP to develop an authoritative evaluation of the economic impact of business tourism and major events on the West Midlands economy in 2005.
Based on data from a sample of leading major event venues across our region, it is supplemented by previous KPMG studies and publicly available data on visitor and participant expenditure.
