Birmingham Bites, the campaign which celebrates the city’s diverse food and drink offering,
invites you to meet celebrity chef James Martin.
James, star of Saturday Kitchen, will be doing a demo on the Birmingham Bites stand (T50)
at the BBC Good Food Show on Wednesday 28th November.
The event will be introduced by Birmingham’s very own Poet Laureate, Charlie Jordan, and
there will be the opportunity for questions with James afterwards.
James Martin is a big fan of the city’s cuisine and says:
“Birmingham’s food and drink scene is bursting with award winning restaurants, creative
talent and fresh local produce. With over 200 restaurants serving cuisine from 27 countries,
the city certainly has something to suit everyone’s taste buds.

The BBC Good Food Show returns to Birmingham from 28th November – 2nd December with
