RMA Shortlisted for Two Top Awards
Leading Stratford based Conference Hospitality Specialists, Rita Mansfield Associates, have recently been shortlisted for 2 prestigious Godiva Awards. The first is for “Best Customer Service”, an award for which they were “Highly Commended” in 2005, and the second is for “Best Business”.
Judged by a specialist panel, these awards recognise the talent, commitment and service excellence of businesses in the Coventry and Warwickshire region. The awards focus on key areas such as communication, researching customer needs, monitoring service, improving service and development.
Rita Mansfield Associates was formed 4 years ago following the takeover of Guide Friday by City Sightseeing, when Rita Mansfield and Clare Norman took over the conference division and formed their own business. Their services include a free venue finding service for conference and group organisers, specially planned private tours and social programmes for conference delegates, corporate hospitality, airport transfers with “meet and greet” service and coach transfers.
Director, Rita Mansfield, said: “Just four companies in the Coventry and Warwickshire area are shortlisted for each of these awards, so to be shortlisted for two is a special honour."
The winners will be announced at the Godiva Awards Presentation evening at Coventry Cathedral on 28th September.
