Butterscotch Pony backs Crèche at HOYS
For the first time, Horse of the Year Show is giving parents the opportunity to enjoy a child-free shopping experience by introducing a crèche sponsored by FurReal Friend’s “Butterscotch Pony”. Parents will be able to enjoy the extensive Retail Village and entertaining HOYS Pavilion whilst younger members have fun in the Butterscotch Pony Crèche.
The Butterscotch Pony Crèche has been designed for children aged nine and under with activities and games that they can enjoy for up to two hours. There will also be a booking system available allowing parents to plan their day around the Butterscotch Pony Crèche opening hours of 10am – 7pm everyday.
Conveniently situated within the spacious Retail Village, visitors passionate about shopping can drop their kids, for a nominal charge, at the Butterscotch Pony Crèche before enjoying some retail therapy with over 200 tradestands exhibiting at the Show. All the latest equestrian fashions and everything from tack to toys and jewellery to jodhpurs will be on sale.
Sponsor of the Crèche, FurReal Friends, will launch “Butterscotch – My Real Pony” at Horse of the Year Show held at the NEC, Birmingham to a receptive target audience this October (4th – 8th). The truly astounding pet pony is set to charm children to the Show with its revolutionary technology giving it an exceptionally realistic appearance and the ability to behave exactly like a real pony. “Butterscotch” is the same size as a Shetland pony - it can be ridden, snorts, eats and whinnies!
Mike Gill, a Director of Grandstand Media Ltd, organisers of the Horse of the Year Show commented, “We are delighted to introduce the Butterscotch Pony Crèche to Horse of the Year Show and hope it will be a helpful and convenient facility for adults to the Show. Product launches are very popular at HOYS and I am extremely confident FurReal Friends will successfully present “Butterscotch” to our family audience.”
With world-class show jumping, national showing championships, fantastic displays including the Household Calvary, Heavy Horses and the UK debut of the French fire display “Caracole”, if ever there was a year to experience the world’s most famous horse show, then surely it has to be this year!
