Edmunds and Cielo founders raise bar at Brindleyplace
Restaurateurs Chris and Cos Papachristoforou - the businessmen behind award winning Cielo and Edmunds at Birmingham’s Brindleyplace - are to open a bar on the ground floor at the new Eleven Brindleyplace development.
Working with interior designer Suzanne Barnes and the building's award-winning architect Glenn Howells, the space will be transformed into a split level bar. It will offer a relaxed mezze-style menu alongside a wide range of drinks from premium champagne brands to fine wines, world class cocktails and specialist beers.
The design of the bar will compliment the architecture of the building and will have a distinctive feature glass staircase leading to the mezzanine floor where patrons will receive table service. Sumptuous wall and floor finishes will add to the ambience of the bar.
