NIA make dreams come true for pop trio

Two NIA stewards have fulfilled their lifetime ambition to record their first music video at their place of work - on the stage of Birmingham's world class arena.

Twin brothers Alessandro and Adriano, who front the band Miccoli with their sister Francesca, used the 13,000-seated arena to record the video for their first single ‘Fallout’ which has been released as part of the album ‘Writing on Rooves’.

The boys have been working at The NIA as stewards for the last six years and to support the band the NIA’s management team opened its facilities especially for the recording.

Alessandro Miccoli, singer songwriter, said: "During the time I worked at The NIA I watched so many amazing artists come through the doors and hoped that one day the band would have the opportunity to perform on the same stage. The team at The NIA have been a fantastic support to the band, without them we would not have been able to make our dream a reality. It has been a real privilege to record our first single at one of the most prestigious live music venues in the world.”

Guy Dunstan, Arenas and Sales Manager, NEC Group Arenas said, “It was a great pleasure to support Miccoli record their music video. The team wish the band every success in the future.”
