Rockface - Celebrity Portrait Launch In Aid Of Nordoff Robbins Music Charity at St Pauls Gallery Birmingham
St Pauls Gallery, celebrated midlands based portrait artist Melissa Mailer Yates and the Nordoff Robbins Trust have joined to form 'Rockface', an enterprise specialising in the portrait painting of iconic musicians to benefit children with learning disabilities through music therapy.
The first six portraits of the above celebrities will be on show and for sale at St pauls Gallery in aid of the Nordoff Robbins Charity starting with a VIP launch on 20th June 2008.
Along with the portraits, 20 limited edition prints will be available of the portrait images, signed by both artist and artiste who will all be present on the night.
This is the first of a series of portraits hosted by St Pauls Gallery with many big named musicians already agreed to feature in future collections.
