Chefs from the Ricoh Arena in Coventry cooked up gastronomic delights for visitors to the BBC Good Food Summer Festival
Singers Bar & Bistro Head Chef Paul Stevenson and Development Chef Felan Hennigan at the multi-purpose venue demonstrated a variety of dishes to cookery fans at the food extravaganza at the NEC in Birmingham.
The duo were given two cookery slots to create summer dishes and offer samples for the watching crowd to taste.
Paul said: “We decided to re-create some of the dishes from our new menu at the Singers Bar & Bistro and the samples that we gave people to try were certainly given the thumbs up and we received some positive feed-back which is always great to hear.”
