Corporate Cocktail School!
Ever wondered how to recreate a brilliant Bellini, a captivating Cosmopolitan or a mouth-watering Mojito? Bank, the popular restaurant and bar in Brindleyplace is launching its first Cocktail School so mere mortals can also master the art of the mixologist!
Learn the tricks of the trade from Bank Restaurant and Bar’s expert bartenders in a private class. After a welcome drink to settle the nerves, competitive colleagues can try their hand at making classic cocktails such as Bank’s biggest selling cocktail, the Mojito - rum muddled with lime and mint. Students will also be able to shake or stir a selection of Bank’s exclusive signature creations such as the Lemonvilla whilst competing for the title of top cocktail maker in their group. The winner will receive a Champagne prize – as well as getting to sample the fruits of their labour!
Bank’s own cocktail list is vast and impressive, featuring over 80 cocktails, 15 varieties of gin and a mouth watering selection of hot cocktails. Most of the cocktails can be created with just three ingredients and a garnish of either a sprig of mint, a sliver of peel or simply a straw so even the most nervous novice will be shaking á la Tom Cruise before they know it!
Bank’s Cocktail School is a fun and inspiring way to spend an evening with colleagues and ideal as a corporate team building event. Two packages are available: Cocktail School, a 3 course meal and half bottle of wine is £60 per person. Cocktail School and a selection of savoury and dessert canapés is £40 per person. Bank are also happy to consider tailor made packages on an individual basis.
Bank’s Cocktail School can be booked Sunday to Thursday evening and groups of up to 22 can be accommodated for.
