Birmingham International Airport Welcomes a New Service to Toronto with Flyglobespan

Birmingham International Airport has welcomed a new transatlantic service to Toronto, Canada, with award winning airline flyglobespan.
As of the 3rd May the web-based airline will carry up to 183 passengers on a 757-200 aircraft direct to Toronto’s Hamilton International Airport, every Thursday. Located at the head of Lake Ontario, between Niagara Falls and Toronto, Hamilton is the eighth largest city in Canada and an ideal gateway into the country and this picturesque region.
Visitors to Hamilton can experience the wealth of heritage that has been authentically preserved and is displayed in museums, cultural art galleries and theatres, and can be experienced through its lush landscape and wildlife. Those wanting to taste a slice of Canadian sporting action can catch up with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats football team or the Hamilton Bulldogs ice hockey squad.
The new service from Birmingham forms part of flyglobespan’s UK-wide expansion programme to Canada from 13 UK and Irish airports.

The majority of the flyglobespan transatlantic routes offer three levels of on-board service, from Economy to Business Class, and prices start from £99 one way including taxes.
