Shimla Pinks Shines in New Broad Street Location
The award winning Shimla Pinks has moved to a new home with the opening of a stunning new restaurant at Five Ways Leisure Complex on Broad Street.
The new space has been designed by acclaimed international designer Bernard Carroll of Carroll Designs and is certain to enthrall customers with its stylish decor and intimate atmosphere.
The menu will showcase the finest of Indian cooking that has earned Shimla Pinks its pedigree; effortlessly combined with graceful personal service to provide a warm and sophisticated dining experience.
Shimla Pinks first set up home on Broad Street in 1994 and it has been attracting Birmingham’s fastest movers and shakers ever since. It was the north Indian city of Shimla which gives its name to the sub-continent's very own aspirational party set - the Shimla Pinks.
Managing Director Mandeep S Kohli says, “We are delighted with our new location. We hope that our loyal customers will love it just as much as we do."
To mark its arrival, the restaurant will be holding a special VIP launch party on Thursday 19th March 2009.
