Isabel Estate Wine Dinner - Wednesday, May 23rd, 7.00pm
Opus is delighted that Mike Tiller, of Isabel Estate in New Zealand, is conducting a tasting of his wines in the Opus private room over a four course dinner, as part of the ‘Opus Dinner Series’.
These dinners celebrate the source of our produce and the passionate men and women behind our menu and wine list.
The Isabel dinner is a unique opportunity to meet the man behind the estate and gain an insight into the making of wine in the New World.
Isabel Estate is located in the Wairau Valley, Marlborough, at the top of South Island. Marlborough is New Zealand’s most renowned area for the production of the fruity, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc.
We think the wines from Isabel Estate outshine their more famous neighbour Cloudy Bay. Isabel produces only ‘estate’ wines – those produced only from vineyards under their total viticultural control.
