Winnie The Pooh Comes To Tea At The Crescent Theatre

The Crescent Theatre continues its tradition of staging classic children’s books following the huge success of James and the Giant Peach last year with a true family favourite – Winnie the Pooh by A A Milne.

Children of all ages are invited to join Winnie the Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and a host of other favourite characters in the 100 Acre Wood, lovingly brought to life on The Crescent’s stage.

Winnie-the-Pooh by A A Milne and faithfully adapted by Glyn Robbins, introduces the bear of very little brain. He’s everyone’s best friend including that of Christopher Robin who joins in the fun as Pooh finds breakfast for Tigger, rescues Piglet from a flood and discovers the North Pole along the way.

So whoever you love most, Tigger with his infamously bouncy tail, Piglet with his little voice and big heart or Pooh all stuffed with fluff and the finest honey, come and see your favourite character and meet new friends at the Crescent Theatre from Thursday 8th – Sunday 18th January 2009 in The Main House.
