Opus Restaurant re-opens in January with a new dining experience – the Chef’s Table!
The Chef’s Table is the equivalent of culinary theatre: a table right in the heart of the Opus kitchen where you get the full sounds, smells and sights of a professional kitchen at work.
Chef Director David Colcombe and his brigade will prepare your menu on the spot, based on what David has bought fresh from the butcher, fishmonger and market that morning. As you will be in the midst of the kitchen, you will see, hear and smell your meal being prepared.
It will seat up to 8 people.
