Daniel Gidney, chief executive of the Ricoh Arena, said he was delighted Jon Gaunt had officially opened the latest addition to the venue’s high-calibre conference and banqueting suites.
“Jon had some interesting anecdotes about his time supporting the Sky Blues and the importance of team work,” he said.
“This prestigious conference and banqueting suite is a celebration of the collaboration between the Ricoh Arena, Jaguar Cars and CCFC.
“The Jaguar Club provides the best possible match-day experience for business owners and their directors.”
Ken Sharp, Commercial Director at CCFC, said: “The official opening gave members and potential members the opportunity to fully experience the Jaguar Club.
“The dining atmosphere is something special in this five-star conference and banqueting space.”
Geoff Cousins, Managing Director Jaguar UK, added: “We have a superb relationship with the Ricoh Arena and this was another important day in its history.
“We brought along our fantastic Jaguar XF and Jaguar XK cars to the launch and it was a memorable opening celebration.”
Up to 200 delegates can be accommodated on non-match days because this self-contained area has two state-of-the-art meeting rooms with AV equipment, plasma screens and a break-out area.
