The UK’s biggest classic motoring extravaganza returns to Birmingham’s NEC
The UK’s biggest classic motoring exhibition returns to Birmingham this November as the Classic Motor Show opens its doors from Friday 13th to Sunday 15th November. Spanning six halls of the NEC and displaying over 1,250 cars and 250 motorcycles from all over the World, the Classic Motor Show is the climax to the British classic car season and a chance for the UK’s motoring clubs to come together and celebrate the best of the classic motoring scene.
Take a stroll down memory lane and rediscover your first car or that dream marque you would love to buy as every motoring taste is catered for. Around 200 of Britain’s best motoring clubs will create impressive displays of unusual and breathtaking marques with the Meguiar’s Club Showcase finals as its centrepiece.
Or if you prefer two wheels, there is a dedicated Classic Bike hall complete with spectacular club displays, the gleaming Ace Café Racer Concours, interviews with biking heroes and a Pride of Ownership display by individual owners.
The energetic live stage hosted by TV motoring expert Mike Brewer and his eccentric mechanic Edd China, the stars of Discovery’s Wheeler Dealer, will welcome special guests from motoring and classic motorsport as well as answering all your automotive questions.
Plus Mike and Ed will be giving away fab prizes inviting you to play classic game shows including Footman James’ Price Right Challenge where you can win a luxury weekend break at the Speech House Hotel, Forest of Dean. Mike will also announce the winner of the newly restored 1960s Morris Mini in our text-to-win competition.
Experts in the Restoration Theatre will show you how to tackle all aspects of restoring your cherished classic car while the Sporting Bears offer to take you for a ten-mile ride as a passenger in your dream car in exchange for a donation to charity.
With hundreds of trade stands selling parts and spares, tools, motoring memorabilia and much more, you are sure to find everything you need to feed your motoring habit. Or maybe you are looking for that elusive item that you will only ever find buried in the depths of the auto or bike jumble.
