Woktastic has joined the Frankfurt German market
Woktastic Japanese noodle and sushi restaurant has joined the vibrant Frankfurt German market in Birmingham city centre by opening a stall next to the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery.
Hungry and busy shoppers will be able to taste a sample of delights cooked live and fresh from the stall by Jasper, one of our chefs.
Mouth-watering choices include: Chicken gyoza; beef chilli soba or udon noodles; teriyaki chicken with Japanese rice; chicken katsu with Japanese curry and rice; chicken and prawn fried rice; prawn or vegetable tempura and chicken or beef or vegetable ramen. Apart from favourites such as Japanese green tea and piping hot miso soup, there is a chance to try hot sake or hot plum wine which should warm you up while you’re browsing the market. These go deliciously well as aperitifs with vegetable spring rolls or bites of tempura squid.
Woktastic is a new independent Japanese restaurant located in Paradise Forum next to Birmingham central library. It offers a full, freshly cooked menu as well as Japanese sushi. There is an eat-out menu and even a unique regular sushi school.
Ali Karakaya, Managing Director, said, “ Woktastic is proud to join in the festive celebrations at the Frankfurt German market. Our stall is fun and very much in the tradition of the healthy fast food ramen bars in Japan. We’re confident visitors will be tempted to try Japanese food and come back for more at the restaurant which is open throughout the year. They may even be tempted to take a course at our sushi school”.
