Opening 1 December 2007 is the musical extravaganza, Happy Feet: An IMAX Experience. Set in the great nation of Emperor Penguins, Happy Feet is a hilarious comedy computer animation with an all-star cast. Despite being born into a world of singers, young Mumble (Elijah Wood) is possibly the worst singer ever, but finds himself dancing to his own tune... tap dancing! The star-studded cast also includes Nicole Kidman, Robin Williams, Hugh Jackman and Brittany Murphy. A treat for all the family this Christmas, Happy Feet is screening at Millennium Point in spectacular IMAX format.
Back by popular demand, The Polar Express 3D has returned to IMAX Cinema for an exclusive IMAX-only encore. This Christmas classic tells the magical story of a doubting young boy, who on Christmas Eve, lies in bed hoping to hear the sound of reindeer bells from Santa's sleigh. To his surprise a steam engine roars outside his window and the conductor (Tom Hanks) invites him aboard. Soon he is on his way to the North Pole to find out if Santa really exists.
Plus, Santa vs. the Snowman 3D storms into IMAX Cinema from 1 December. Santa vs. the Snowman is the heart-warming story of a lonely Snowman who at first is swept away by the magical wonders of Santa's Village, only to ultimately wage war on Santa because he is jealous of all the attention that Santa gets during Christmas time! What ensues is a polar feud of hilarious proportions.
