The True Rum Experience Comes to Birmingham
Catch a true taste of the Caribbean this week as the True Rum Experience tour comes to Island Bar on 14-16 Suffolk Street at 7.30pm on Thursday 15th October.
The tour, hosted by the Authentic Caribbean Rum campaign features exclusive, expert-led masterclasses where attendees will be taken on a journey from Caribbean cane fields to cocktail-making.
At these two-hour sessions you can learn about Caribbean rum’s rich history and try your hand at mixing (and tasting!) long drinks and classic cocktails, making them essential for anyone with an interest in premium, aged spirits.

For those not lucky enough to secure a place, come to Island Bar anyway where you’ll be able to enjoy a True Rum signature serve on the house as well as the chance to win a two bottles of rum and a cocktail making kit.
