Would You Like to Run Your Own Restaurant?

Yearn for the chance to show off your signature dishes? Then join Simon Rimmer for a new BBC series to be filmed in November.

We’re looking for pairs of amateur cooks to have a go at being head chef and front-of-house manager. Whether you've always imagined having your own cosy French bistro, an ultra-modern sushi bar or a cheery organic café, we’re giving you the chance to run any type of restaurant you like.

BBC Birmingham's innovative pilot series will give budding amateur couples the chance to cook up a storm. We supply the restaurant, the staff and the diners. All you need to do is cook fantastic food and serve it up with a smile.

If you are free between 13-17 November, email us at undernewmanagement@bbc.co.uk and briefly explain why you've got what it takes to run a restaurant. If you can serve up success, then you'll also get to keep the profits.

You must be over 18, and we're looking for amateur chefs and restaurateurs only please. We welcome applications from teams of friends, partners or husband and wife.
