Queues are expected as new contemporary furniture store, Dwell, opens its doors to style-conscious Midlanders on November 11th. The regional flagship store of the popular London-based brand will be based at Birmingham’s Fort Dunlop. It’s celebrating its launch with a weekend of giveaways that will keep customers guessing.
The stunning 12,000 square foot ground floor space at Fort Dunlop will be a haven for discerning shoppers, providing design-led furniture and homewares at exceptional prices. The opening will have a ‘Pinch me’ theme, offering surprise items at such low prices that shoppers will pinch themselves to believe them.
Dwell is keeping the exact details of its giveaway a secret, so Midlanders keen on bagging an opening bargain will have to turn up to discover what’s on offer. At launches of its London stores, Dwell has previously offered beside cabinets normally retailing at £59 for £9, stainless steel bathroom cabinets normally £59 for only £10 and much more.
Specialising in creating furniture that fits modern spaces and lifestyles, Dwell’s range includes modular sofas for smaller living spaces, leather corner sofas, divine beds, space-saving wardrobes, luminous lighting, sparkling mirrors, gorgeous desks for stylish studies, and storage for everything from clothes to CDs. The store also stocks a range of accessories, subtle candles, sumptuous cushions and tempting bed linen.
Aamir Ahmad, Founder and Managing Director of Dwell, is eager to show off his design-led wares to the region, “All of our stock is created by Dwell, for Dwell. We offer stylish, high quality design at surprisingly low prices.”
Aamir adds, “With over 80,000 customers already making the most of Dwell’s unique product range, we’re confident that our Fort Dunlop store will be a magnet for style-conscious Midlanders.”
Excited by the move, Marketing Director, Sean Galligan said, “We’re at home at Fort Dunlop. The design-led development fits perfectly with our commitment to quality design at high street prices. And this great space will allow us to show off even more of our new ranges.”
With stocks of the ‘Pinch me’ opening giveaways limited, Sean is recommending that shoppers arrive early, “We’re advising people to set their alarms to bag the ‘Pinch me’ prices. We’re confident though, that even once the giveaways have been grabbed, our prices won’t disappoint.“
Shoppers can expect something different at Dwell. Its London profile, online shop www.dwell.co.uk, and catalogue sales have already put Dwell on the style map, but from November 11th, Midlanders will be able to see and feel the quality of Dwell’s products on their doorstep.
Dwell benefits from Fort Dunlop’s 1,100 free car parking spaces and gateway location, just minutes from the M6, M42 and M40. Fort Dunlop’s is just 10 minutes’ drive from Birmingham city centre and Sutton Coldfield, 20 minutes’ drive from Lichfield and Tamworth and just a 40-minute maximum drive from Stafford, Solihull, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Leamington Spa and Warwick.
