Led by Ian Taylor, Marketing Birmingham’s Commercial Division is responsible for our commercial activity, continually developing our relationship with partners and stakeholders.
The Commercial Division has three core functions:
- Business Sales
Our Business Sales team promotes Birmingham as the UK’s premier conference and event destination. Running a complete venue location service for event organisers, it delivers real practical help to anyone looking to hold an event in Birmingham. The team also manages our Conference Ambassador Programme.
- Operations
Our Operations Team manages our practical support for major events in Birmingham, including a full accommodation booking service and ESP, our award-winning major event support package.
- Partnerships Sales
Responsible for managing our relationships with our Champions and Commercial Members, our Partnership Sales team ensures that our vital commercial stakeholders get the best value from their investment in us, and see measurable returns.
