Annual Corporate Review
2015 has been a year of ambition, accomplishment and drive for Birmingham. People and organisations across the city have come together to build and celebrate its future.
Major landmark sites have opened – from the redeveloped £600m New Street station to major leisure complex Resorts World Birmingham. Cultural events and anniversaries, such as the Birmingham Weekender and the 25th anniversary of Birmingham Royal Ballet, have helped to drive more interest in the city than ever before.
From achieving record international visitor figures to being named Western Europe’s most competitive city for investment, Birmingham has never been in a stronger position to move into another exciting year.
Over 100 of the city’s senior business community gathered at the 2015 Marketing Birmingham AGM, to review the past 12 months and look ahead to even greater progress in 2016.
